Amarpreet Chhina

Visual Art

Amarpreet Chhina is a southasian artist, & art therapist, whose work emerges from a deeply personal relationship with creativity, spirituality, and the human experience. From an early age, creativity became both refuge and companion— presence that offered comfort, expression, and connection during moments when loneliness felt loud. Art became a way of listening to life, surviving/understanding it, and finding meaning within it.Rooted in introspection and inspired by mysticism, his paintings emerge through an intuitive process that blends contemplation, movement, and symbolic expression. His paintings draw from the essence of life itself: from love and loss, from the living, the dying, and the spaces in between.Through both his therapeutic work and artistic practice, he seeks to create spaces where people can feel, reflect, reconnect, and encounter themselves with greater depth and compassion.
