My name is Cheryl, I’m an indigenous artist, I’ve been beading for about 5 years now, I bead unique custom pieces, and value the representational side of my work. I love learning more about my heritage, and myself through my artwork & applying it with the work I do, I love telling stories with different types of beads, I work with feathers, all different types of beads, gemstones, shells, jingle cones, porcupine quills and more. From traditional styles to modern, modest to exciting, I also love working on pop culture pieces & sports items, for example Oilers items. I dream to build regalia in the future.
