Brendan O'Callaghan Oil Painting
Brendan O'Callaghan is a Canadian artist based in Calgary, Alberta. His artistic evolution began at fourteen when he discovered his passion for painting and began creating still-life of dogs and people with oil paints.
Brendan's oil painting portfolio earned him acceptance into the Alberta University of The Arts, where he discovered a new passion for video art. In pursuit of his newfound love, Brendan graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts. Brendan continued his artistic education by obtaining a Diploma in Video Production from Toronto Film School.
Brendan returned to his first love, oil paints, and dedicated himself to honing his unique style of artwork. Today, Brendan continues to push the boundaries of his creativity and expand his artistic horizons as he strives to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a full-time artist. With an unwavering commitment to learning and growth, Brendan remains steadfast in pursuing his passion.
