Cindy Charles Artistry
I’m a self-taught creative digital artist and photographer based in Montreal. In 2015, I had the good fortune of joining an incredible Photoshop Artistry course that changed every aspect of my creative journey. I became a die-hard photo artist after discovering the endless possibilities of transforming my photography into works of art.. I absolutely fell in love with creating collage-style art with my photographs and elements. When I start a project on a blank canvas, my process is loose and spontaneous; as each piece evolves organically, I rarely know where it will lead. My backgrounds lay the foundation for what is to come. Layering bold colours, textures, and patterns gives me the freedom to integrate models or urban landscapes into the piece. My greatest joy is finally seeing my finished pieces on big canvases. I’ve since amassed an extensive portfolio and have had the honour of being featured numerous times in the magazine Living the Photo Artistic Life.
