David Kitzmann
David Kitzmann is a self-taught contemporary painter, photographer, and multimedia artist based in Toronto and active since 2016. Fusing ancient and modern, Kitzmann's work explores themes from Northern European Pagan traditions using modern styles. By arousing an emotional response foremost, Kitzmann hopes to encourage even those who are unfamiliar with the esoteric themes in his work to have a visceral reaction bringing these stories to life once more.Kitzmann has been showing since 2019. He has a featured artist in several group shows in the Toronto area and had his first solo exhibition, "þá : núna :" at The Show Gallery in February 2026.
