Dana O'Neill
Dana O'Neill, a visual artist and designer based in Ottawa, Ontario explores mental health, motherhood, and overcoming trauma. Working primarily with acrylic paints Dana utlizes found objects such as sticks and broken Children's toys to create textural pieces that create unique visual experience. After working years in residential design and construction, she is launching her artistic career with the goal of bringing more meaning to the world. Following a challenging mental health diagnosis and recovery, Dana uses her artwork as a creative outlet for her owning healing journey and as a positive focal point for others to experience in their.
