Hi there! I’m Jody Groenendyk – Welcome to Gingerberry Quilts! By day, I’m a biochemist diving into the wonders of science, but by night, I’m all about unleashing my creativity as a passionate quilter and artist. At Gingerberry Quilts, I specialize in modern, sustainable quilt patterns that celebrate bold design and fresh ideas as well as artistic fibre art and creative projects. My science background sneaks into my sewing too! I love experimenting with fabrics, colors, and techniques, crafting each piece like a carefully planned “protocol.” The result? Unique, modern designs that are creative, edgy, and a little outside the box – just the way I like it!
