As a travel photographer, I transpose the beauty of this world into images that seek to compel the viewer to learn more about the subject depicted. I try and capture some of the beauty of this world and hope that my interpretation of each subject lives on for today and tomorrow’s generations to enjoy. My hope is that the viewer will want to go and see the sites I have visited, to make it their own experiment.
I am a self-taught photographer. I essentially learnt on my own for most of my life, through trial and error. In the last few years, realizing my own technical limitations, I sought to learn new processes and techniques to expand my ability to render the beauty of the world the way I see it. This led me to take many workshops with renowned photographers such as Joe McNally, Reed Hoffmann, David Tejada, Dave Black, and others.
