JamalAbstracts
Jamal, a Moroccan-born artist now based in Ottawa, Canada. My Painting journey started before I can remember, I used to paint my soul away on a canvas and throw it out. Until one day, my son started hiding my paintings and posting them on instagram, that's when I decided to share these internalized emotions with the world and my journey started.
I create abstract works that explore the depths of human emotion through bold colors, expressive brushstrokes, and intuitive composition. Each piece is a conversation between the canvas and the soul.
My artistic journey began not with a brush, but with a feeling - an overwhelming need to express what words could never capture. Abstract art became my language, a way to communicate the depths of human emotion through color, form, and texture.
Every painting tells a story that exists beyond the literal. It's an invitation to feel, to interpret, to discover your own meaning within the interplay of shapes and hues.
