Colour has the power to change our mood and perspective, and I love to unlock that power through abstract art. Each piece starts with a vivid mental picture of what I want to create, then takes shape through a mix of planning and improv. The composition may take on a surprising new direction, and then I figure out how to roll with it. My process is all about discovery and following my creative instincts through bold colours, contrasts, and textures. Ultimately, it’s about reconnecting myself and others with a sense of fun, freedom, and imagination.
