Julia Hurrelmann
In 2024, at the age of 50, Julia discovered a new form of self-expression through art, realizing she could draw more than just simple stick figures. This unexpected revelation marked the beginning of her artistic journey. The works on display are part of her series, "Monsters and Mes," which reflects her experience of living with dissociative identities. For Julia, art serves as a vital tool for internal dialogue and healing. She holds a Master's in Criminology, has authored two books, and worked as a leader in International Relations and Human Resources. Through her art, she invites viewers to explore the complexities of identity and the power of creativity in mental health.
