Kenya Rami
Kenya Rami is a fun, creative, and unapologetically BLACK, PHAT, and a damn snack of drag artist. Originally from Thunder Bay she has been doing drag for 7 years and is THE traveling drag gurlie of Ontario. Currently residing in Ottawa, Kenya uses drag to share a message, whether that be of fun, comedy, kindness, or to highlight issues and injustices, striving to make her drag impactful to those watching. As a black queer activist they have worked on amplifying the voices of racialized youth on the local, provincial and national levels through their work with organizations such as UNICEF, RBC Future Launch, the 519, the United Nations and the Caribbean African Multicultural Association of Canada. Kenya often performs upbeat pop and rap numbers, getting the crowd pumped! You can find and connect with Kenya at linktr.ee/KenyaRami
