Lincoln Howard
I was born in Vancouver in 1970 . I started painting in 2018 . I’m a mixed media abstract artist influenced by the abstract expressionists . My work is intuitive for the most part . I have a basic composition in my mind when I start but it evolves intuitively. My paintings usually have a grid on the base layer of the painting . This grid represents the matrix of life . The millions of twists turns and decision's we make that shape our lives . I’ve shown my work internationally and received some awards .my work is introspective emotional and textural.
