Melanie Nearing is a mixed media artist based in Calgary, Alberta. Each piece she creates is multidimensional, combining materials and techniques in ways that are both experimental and impactful. Through her creative process, Melanie seeks to evoke emotions, spark connection, and invite others to discover their own meaning within her work. She draws inspiration from other artists as well as her unique ability to visualize colour through music and emotion.
