Michelle Bylow is the Co-Founder and CEO of Public Display Agency, a national platform supporting Canadian artists through events, education, and creative development. She is also the Executive Director of the Central Okanagan Performing Arts Festival, a non-profit dedicated to youth performance and community engagement.
With several decades of experience in fashion design, music, and arts management, Michelle has built a career creating spaces where artists can connect, grow, and thrive. Her work blends creativity, entrepreneurship, and a deep commitment to accessibility in the arts.
