Natalie Melnyk
Natalie is a Toronto-based visual artist originally from Kyiv, Ukraine. She moved abroad roughly a decade ago — first to Poland, then eventually to Toronto — where she turned a lifelong hobby into a professional practice with the support of people who believed in her early on.
Working primarily in acrylic and watercolor, Natalie favors mood and atmosphere over realism, often returning to the overlooked corners of daily life as subject matter. Alongside her studio work, she runs painting workshops, takes on commissions, and produces small-batch merchandise featuring her illustrations.
Natalie is currently building her freelance art practice in Toronto.
