I moved from Germany to Vancouver in 1998 and haven’t looked back since, mastering skills like silkscreen printing, desktop publishing, graphic design, and photography. When painting, I find that I’m completely absorbed by the activity. It serves as an escape and allows me to explore creative possibilities. My artwork has the potential to ignite new ideas and evoke profound emotional reactions in spectators. The conversations that follow these realizations are incredibly gratifying for both myself and those who view my work—revealing new layers of understanding and possibility. Through the power of my art, I can create a journey of discovery that provides immense joy to audiences.
