Seven Skies Astronomy
I’m an award-winning astrophotographer based in southern Alberta, where I run a private observatory with my husband. My work is driven by a deep curiosity about the night sky and a desire to share that sense of wonder with others.I specialize in astrophotography, infrared imaging, and wide-field nightscapes, often capturing celestial events like lunar eclipses, aurora, and the Milky Way over prairie landscapes. I’m drawn to the intersection of science and art—where technical precision meets fleeting, awe-inspiring moments.My work has been recognized internationally, including NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day, publication in BBC Sky at Night Magazine, and features in Royal Astronomical Society of Canada calendars and journals.I’m also passionate about education, leading workshops and outreach programs to help others experience and photograph the night sky.
